岗位职责：
1. Manage daily tasks of technical department. (currently 2 designers + 1 engineer) 管理技术部门日常事务(目前有二位设计师和一位工程师作为下属)；
2. Technical Support for purchase department 向采购部门提供全方位技术支持；
3. Sales support for all technical matters related Losberger products, relevant equipment and structural questions 在劳斯伯格产品、相关设施和结构问题等方面向销售部门提供全方位技术支持；
4. Complete Static analysis according Chinese GB standard 依据国标进行静态分析
5. Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure 对结构的不同部分进行载荷及应力计算
6. Developing design ideas using AutoCAD 通过AutoCAD开发设计理念
7. Familiar with PKPM CAD 熟悉PKPM CAD
8. Familiar with AutoCAD 熟悉AutoCAD
9. Foundation assessment 地基评估
10. Project organization 项目组织
11. Chinese GB standards 中华人民共和国国标
12. Make sure design meets safety, building and design codes 确保设计符合安全标准，及建筑设计规范
13. Communication with authorities 与政府或行业权威部门的沟通联系
14. Calculate the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel 计算结构各部件的压力，应力，应变，例如斜梁或过梁
15. Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals 与客户，建筑师及其它 专业人员在工程计划上保持沟通
16. Technical communication with suppliers and customers 与供应商及客户之间的技术沟通
17. Experience in Construction 建筑经验丰富
18. Using computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions 能使用计算机模拟预判结构在不同条件下的情况
任职要求：
Bachelor degree. major in structural engineer or Industrial and civil engineer is preference
本科学历, 结构工程、工业结构、土木工程专业优先
Certificates: Class 1 (or higher) registered structural engineer
具有一级或二级建筑师证
Excellent communication skills and proper English communication skill
良好的沟通技巧和必要的英文能力
Excellent team working and people skills
优秀的团队工作能力及人际关系
The ability to meet deadlines
能在限期内完成任务
The ability to explain design plans and ideas
